The Townhouse Reserve residents enjoy parking in a safe and secure lot. Cameras cover the entire parking area; ample lighting provides extra security at night; and each unit has a dedicated space. Visitors have plenty of parking available in the nearby overflow lot across from Ripley Gas & Water. The two townhouse units have dedicated covered parking as an added bonus!

Every unit comes with brand new appliances, and, unlike other apartments, those include a washer and dryer so you can get your laundry done without having to leave your home. And, if you ever need more room in the washer or dryer, we have an extra set available for tenant use in the building's attached laundry room.
